The ChangeTheWorld - Ontario Youth Volunteer Challenge KICKS OFF this Saturday April 20th and runs until Monday May 20th 2013!

We had 1,363 youth volunteer over 10,000 hours in just three weeks LAST year and THIS YEAR our goal is to get 1500 youth (13-18 yrs) to volunteer at least 3 hours each!

The ChangeTheWorld Ontario Youth Volunteer Challenge is a 4 week campaign that encourages youth, aged 14-18, to volunteer at least 3 hours in their community from April 20 - May 20, 2012.

This year, 23 volunteer centres are participating across Ontario with a goal of getting

30,000 youth volunteers to contribute over 75,000 volunteer hours. This volunteer initiative is coordinated in partnership between the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration and the Ontario Volunteer Centre Network.

Can you believe it? The ChangeTheWorld Challenge is celebrating its 6th anniversary! Help make this the best birthday ever by volunteering between April 20 and May 20, 2013.

Volunteer Hamilton is connecting with high school youth to help them explore their passions and to get them involved with events either in their school or in their community.
